We offer web hosting on our own dedicated server space. So when we offer to take care of your web site needs, we really can do that, end to end.
We do need to host all sites that we build, but this is for your benefit. If you host elsewhere, and something breaks, we will have limited ability to fix it. The nice thing about having us host your site: when something happens, you’ll actually talk to us. No overseas call centers, disinterested customer service reps, etc. When we build your site, we are motivated to make sure everything is working, all the time.
We offer two levels of hosting:
Basic Hosting for $19/month or $180/annually This includes emails and server space, along with our guarantee to keep your website and emails live. No software updates or back-end maintenance though. A good option if you’re tech-savvy and understand how to perform the software updates.
Deluxe Hosting for $69/month or $599/annually. This includes everything in the Basic Hosting Package, plus regular software updates as they become available and a very handy “five-hour block” of website modifications for you use as you please during the year purchased. WordPress updates itself several times a year, and the plugins and themes are also updated frequently. Some of these are important security updates. This is a manual process requiring our time and attention, to make sure all upgrades are implemented without a hitch. We recommend deluxe hosting for most of our customers, as most websites need not only software updates, but content updates and modifications to keep up with organizational changes, new staff, marketing news, etc.
